Led by Fredrik Ek, EkenICT brings more than 20 years of international experience from top management roles and senior leadership positions within IT and critical infrastructure, including telecom and energy, across both the private and public sectors.

Within IT and infrastructure consulting, Fredrik has advised on the implementation of NIS/GIS systems for major Nordic network owners and supported the expansion of digital infrastructure through extensive fiber rollout programs.

We also help organizations grow and adapt through change by supporting leadership teams with organizational development, acquisition integration, recruitment strategies, and executive coaching.
